Automatic Darkening Weldind Mask - 450 g

The auto-darkening welding helmet is designed and equipped with a special flip headband mechanism (up and down). When the welder turns the helmet over on top of the head, the headband mechanism makes the center of gravity of the helmet lower and coincides with the center of the helmet’s head. The design of the helmet greatly reduces the fatigue of the welder’s head and neck and makes him feel more comfortable than before while working. When it’s time to start welding, it automatically changes the filter screen from light to dark in just 1/25,0000 seconds. The operator can vary the time it takes for the filter to return to a clear state and can adjust the sensitivity by turning the adjustment switch to the high or low position. When welding is stopped, the filter screen will change automatically from the dark state to the light state according to the previously set delay time. The helmet uses high-performance solar cells as power supply and has 2 built-in 3V lithium batteries as backup power. The variable shade from DIN9 to DIN13 adjusts simply by turning a knob. The ultra high performance UV/IR auto-darkening filters will provide you with full eye and face protection against UV/IR rays during the entire welding process, even in the clear state. UV/IR protection level is up to shade 16 (DIN) at all times.
