Detailed Description

This network crimping tool is designed to terminate RJ45 connectors for data cabling as well as RJ11 and RJ12 connectors commonly used for telephone and voice applications. Its 8P and 6P crimping cavities provide useful versatility for building, repairing and maintaining compatible communication cables.

The Cat7 / Cat5/6 adjustment changes the crimping configuration to suit the connector being installed. This network crimper supports compatible Cat5, Cat5e and Cat6 cabling as well as shielded Cat6a and Cat7 connector applications. A separate section is also provided for compressing the metal retention clip found on certain shielded connectors.
