Returns and Refunds

At Surplustek, your satisfaction is OUR priority.

- At the store

•      Present yourself with your item and the purchase invoice.
•      For new, unopened items, we offer a 30 day refund.
•      For defective items, certain products must be treated directly with the manufacturer. Each item is treated on a case-by-case basis and you can ask before purchasing your products.
•      Items such as Headsets, paints, chemicals, tools used, electronic components, batteries, fuses, modified, used or damaged products are non-returnable, see the applicable warranties.

- Online

Shipping cost are not refundable, customers are responsible of shipping cost to return the products back to us. (Exception if both parties come to an agreement, Ex. we shipped the wrong products and mistake is obvious)

The conditions of returns can be altered at any time.
